Attempt to disrupt or hack the system

Use the Service in violation of any laws, including TCPA and carrier guidelines

 

3. Business Client Responsibilities

Businesses who use our service must:

Obtain proper consent from their customers before sending SMS messages

Provide accurate appointment information

Honor opt-out requests immediately

Not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content

 

4. Message Delivery

ClientSignal uses external SMS carriers.

We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Undelivered messages

Incorrect phone numbers submitted by businesses

 

5. Limitation of Liability

ClientSignal is not liable for:

Missed appointments

Lost revenue

Damages arising from system errors, outages, or misuse

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

 

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms

Use the Service for spam or abuse

Fail to maintain compliance with messaging laws
